About our founder
Bob Allan-Reynolds
- BCom degree majoring in Industrial Psychology, Labour Law and Marketing.
- Started his career in the sugar industry in the early 1980’s as a Farm Manager.
- Took up his first HR position in 1989 with Illovo Sugar and has subsequently held HR positions in South Africa, Switzerland and the USA with multinational corporations.
- Has worked with many different nationalities and organisations in the process of growing and developing organisational effectiveness strategies.
- Has owned his own business.
- Speaks fluent Zulu, English and Afrikaans.
- Has held the position of Vice President and Managing Director in large corporate organisations and smaller privately owned organisations. Many years of hands-on experience has enabled him to give professional input, advice and guidance into the varied aspects encountered in the running if a business
